I am loving lavender lately and found the prettiest roses in soft lavender tones tipped with pink once again this week...

Lavender antique French plates, such a beautiful colorway combined with these roses...

Floral arranging makes life complete for me...

Tossing things around, shooting with various lenses...

Loving light pouring in from the windows. Look hard and you'll see the American flag hung out in front of our home...

Me and the pups...Darby and Bartley. They are quite a handful at 3 months young, babies really. I adore these two and they bring so much joy to our lives!

And last, but certainly not least....

I am always so pleased to be invited to contribute to Creating Vintage Charm magazine and this issue is the BEST yet! I have had so many blessings come my way over the years and feel a deep sense of gratification and am quite honored to inspire this way.

Shabbyfufu Romantic New Linen Lines Coming To the Website This Week!

Happy Monday....and I hope that you had a great weekend!

Yes, it's true...I have been sorely neglecting the website and really need to get back to that, but it's becoming increasingly more difficult to do everything that needs to be done in that aspect of business with the burgeoning photography end of things to work on. I just noticed that I haven't even updated the year on the website to reflect that I've been on the internet this year of 2013~ it still says 1999~2012. HELLO!!

We have been working on designing custom linens for several months and a portion of them are now in with more on the way. Here is a bit of what will be added soon, quantities will be limited, made in the U.S and utmost professional quality pieces all with our own twist...

About That French Television Shoot and Giveaway Winner

It's been crazy busy around here this week, and with the French television shoot wrapped up I hope to relax this weekend and enjoy spending time with the family. Who ever thought that I would hear the words...."action", "cut" and "it's a wrap", certainly a bit surreal! 

If you are wondering what exactly this was about, my husband and I were invited to be filmed for a day by Planete TV in France about life and opportunities in Miami for successful business people. Quite an honor, mais bien sur! 

I don't know exactly when it will be on television, but will be sometime in June...only shown in France. I will be receiving a DVD so will share a snippet here if I can.

Lots of cleaning, styling and arranging...flowers in all stages from drying to fresh. 

The living room....added a few touches and moved a few things around...

The dining area and kitchen....food, florals and candles...

Master bedroom....fluffed with feminine detail...

 

I was filmed shooting a Miami home as a photographer, which is actually a home that I recently shot for the magazine Maison Romantique that will be on the news stands I believe next week in France...
